How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by 3–7 business days for US shipping. International: 7–21 business days after production.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders of $75+.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is custom printed, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@retzero.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. Please reach out if you are unhappy with your order. We'll make it right.
How do your shirts fit?
Our tees are unisex and run true to size. Check the size chart on each product page. When in doubt, size up.
What material are your shirts?
Premium Gildan 64000. Soft, durable, preshrunk. Most are 100% combed ring-spun cotton or cotton/poly blend.
How are the designs printed?
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Vibrant, detailed, soft to the touch, lasts hundreds of washes.
